Our first edition of ArmoYoga brought together awareness, movement, and colour for a morning of connection at Kamla Yoga in Catania, Sicily. A special day dedicated to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves through mindful movement and the transformative language of colour. More than just a workshop, ArmoYoga was a shared experience: a memorable morning of presence, wellbeing, and self-discovery. This may have been the first ArmoYoga experience, but it certainly won't be the last. We're exploring new locations to bring this journey to more communities, so keep your eyes peeled: you might find ArmoYoga coming to a city near you soon.
