About me
My name is Rachele, and I've dedicated my entire career to helping people feel confident, empowered, and authentically beautiful. My personal journey began in Italy, where I first entered the beauty world with a passion for creativity and transformation in 2015. In 2017, I moved to the UK, bringing my expertise and vision with me. I specialized in makeup artistry, became a salon manager, and by 2022 I had refined my leading techniques and deepened my understanding of what clients truly need. In 2024, I took the next step and focused entirely on my specialty in Colour Analysis. By August 2025, I proudly opened RC Beauty Lab, a private, intimate space where every client receives personalized attention, expert analysis, and results that genuinely elevate their natural beauty. I am the only Colour Analysis specialist in Manchester City Centre, offering a modern, innovative, and customised approach, rooted in a profound artistic vision and a deep understanding of undertones, harmony, and aesthetics. It was so lovely to meet Rachele!! She spent the first half a hour of the call to explain colour theory and explained more about all the palettes in detail. We also talked about common misconceptions in colour theory (the vein theory to identify whether you’re warm or cool). We then identified my palette together and went through the colours in more details along with fabric swatches, and choosing the best combinations of colours from the palette. Since the call, I have started to organize my wardrobe according to my palette, am so excited to elevate my wardrobe!!
